Here at Epzalon, we work with architects, fabricators, developers, estate agents, and construction professionals looking to capture their built work with a sharper eye for design. Whether you're updating a portfolio, tendering for new work, or elevating your brand imagery — we offer tailored photography and media services for the built environment.

What types of projects do you work with?

We specialise in architectural and construction media — including completed buildings, interior fit-outs, fabrication details, product installations, and built landscapes. Whether it’s a single bespoke dwelling or a multi-unit commercial development, we scale to suit the brief.

Where are you based, and do you travel?

Epzalon is based in Lincoln, East Midlands, and we regularly work across Lincolnshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Yorkshire and the Humber, The West Midlands, and beyond. We're always open to travelling further — just let us know the project location, and we’ll work out the logistics.

What’s included in your packages?

Each one of our taylored package varies based on scope, but typically includes:

Do you offer videography services Yet?

Yes! — We’re incredibly excited to announce videography/Cinematography as our newest service available. Due to the nature of the service being new, we don’t have anything to show, but we’re working on a few projects with this service so we will have more to show soon.

Do you offer Aerial drone services Yet?

aerial photography and cinematography services are in development and will soon be available. Keep an eye out for updates, or get in touch if you'd like to be notified when these services launch.

How long does it take to receive the photos?

Delivery is typically 3–10 working days from the shoot date, depending on the size of the project. If you need quicker turnaround, let us know in advance — we’ll always do our best to accommodate.

How do I book a shoot?

Just head to our Contact page or email info@epzalon.co.uk. After a brief consultation, we’ll provide a proposal and schedule a shoot date that suits your timeline.

Can you work around site hours or live construction?

Yes — we understand the nature of active construction environments and are happy to coordinate around site schedules, safety requirements, and light conditions to get the right shots.

Do I own the photos after the shoot?

Once full payment is received, you’ll be granted a commercial usage license, which allows you to use the images across print, digital, and social platforms. We retain copyright ownership to protect creative integrity, but your usage rights are broad and unrestricted within the agreed terms. Check out our Terms of service page for more information.

Do you collaborate with agencies or creative teams?

Absolutely. Whether you're part of a design studio, marketing team, or creative agency, we’re happy to collaborate closely to ensure the output supports your wider brand and strategy.

Do you Offer discounted rates?

Yes! — Here at Epzalon, we’re always happy to see a familiar face. That’s why we decided to offer a 15% discount for all returning clients. No matter the timeframe between shoots.
